Fair Oaks Rehabilitation and Health Care Center 's large, spacious dining room creates a warm inviting atmosphere perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal. Our Head Chef and Registered Dietician work together to provide our residents with healthy, nutritional choices and special diets as necessary. Resident intake is monitored daily and regular evaluations allow for adjustments as needed. Our capable residents participate in our "Walk-to-Dine" program, which is part of our restorative program to help maintain independence.
